TheraCare is a Physical Therapist owned and operated home care agency providing safe, customized services with a therapeutic touch. We believe in compassionate, professional, and ethical care for every senior or person with disabilities. TheraCare has focused on bringing a medical edge to “non-medical” home care. Our goal is to provide premier services, recommend a safe home environment, and implement a customized care plan that allows our clients to thrive and be happy in their home – wherever that may be.
Every client of TheraCare is assigned to a physical therapist, Geriatric Care Manager or nurse case manager to assess and oversee their case.

TheraCare's full time clinical staff consists of Physical Therapists and Licenses Geriatric Care Managers to oversee all aspects of care.

TheraCare is a member of Home Care Association of America and the Aging Life Care Association to make sure we are always apprised of the most recent standards of ethics and care.
All of our caregivers participate in comprehensive orientation, including hands-on skills training, conducted by clinical professionals. We are also available to do onsite training for new caregivers and to accommodate individual needs.
Using our sophisticated technology, TheraCare provides real-time, transparent communication to our clients and their families. At any moment during a shift, you can find out what your loved one is doing and how their day is going. Our care managers oversee every case and provide streamlined communication – you have a clinical point person to address all of your questions and concerns. Our 24 hour front line is also there to help any time of the day.
